But, how it affects (social network) our relationship with the other people, especially to our family, friends, and also to our neighbors? POPE FRANCIS I WILL MEET THE PHILIPPINES:MERCY AND COMPASSION

                         On this month of January (January 18,2015), Pope Francis I will visit our very own country, Philippines. One of the reasons why the pope will visit our country is to comfort those victims of the previous Tyhphoon Yolanda. It is said also that, the pope will have a meal with some of the victims of the said thypoon at the Tacloban City. As we have all know that the city of Tacloban is the most devastated place when Yolanda visits the country.

                          After the typhoon Yolanda was done, some of the victims suffered a lot of problems and struggles on how to rebuild their broken lives. When they were looking on their houses that are down or damaged by the said typhoon. But, today we can see the City of Tacloban which is now recovering well, through the help of other people who are concerned.

Today, the Mother Church is celebrating the Year of the Poor. Pope Francis do not want a lavish preparations for his vist in the Philippines, but he wants us to be more compassionate and be more merciful to our fellow brothers and sisters in faith. He wants us to prepare also our spiritual status in life so that we could get the grace of God during the “day”, everyday.

Lastly, we pray for the safe trip of Pope Francis and also for his security when he comes to our country.

                This year, the renowned San Carlos Seminary College Special Choir will stage a Christmas concert entitled “Kasadya” at SM Cinema 1 this December 16, 2014. The choir will showcase their talents through various songs and dances under the baton of Rev. Fr. Avelito John Burgos and Msgr. Rudy Villanueva, with choreography by Ms. Helen Grace Garay-Abao. The proceeds of this concert will be for the improvement and repair of seminary facilities and for the programs and activities for street children of the Pastoral Ministry.
